Classes are designed to suit all types of students, from beginners to advanced. Beginners and intermediate classes are held together and consist of 55 minutes session of intense Pole Instruction combined with Dance orientated Warm-up and Cool Down.
Pole instructors follow a course schedule of weekly moves that incorporate turns, lifts, non-weight bearing moves and combinations. In such way each student gains strength, flexibility and pole confidence to the desired level.
The advanced level is by invitation only. The advanced students will work on specific theme classes to improve techniques and learn new tricks.
Sexy pole: Dance, spin and learn to move fluidly around the pole and learn a pole dance routine in each class.
Flexy: This class concentrates on strength and flexibility exercises specific to pole dance.
Pole gymnastics: This intensive pole class focus on tricks and pole combinations.
Chair dance: Sexy workout mainly designed to work the whole body while learning sensual chair moves.
Exotic: Learn to move in a slow and sexy way around the pole.
Aerial Hoop: Feel like a real acrobat in this fun and intense lyra class. 8 week class. Contact us for more information!
