NEW CLASSES 2013: CIRQUE FIT!
A new training experience inspired by circus acrobats, perfect for everybody (previous experience is not required). These classes are the perfect choice if you want to challenge yourself while you tone, strengthen, balance and reshape your body. From aerial disciplines to intense stretching you will workout burning calories while having real fun!
AERIAL HOOP: This discipline involves the use of a suspended aerial hoop (lira), creating a harmonious blend of dance and fitness. Challenge yourself by acquiring awareness, control and coordination of the body to improve both mental and physical balance. This intense workout is recommended to relieve back pain, fight cellulite and stagnation of toxin while strengthening all the muscles of the body, especially arms, shoulders, back, abs, booty and legs.
AERIAL FABRICS: Suspended in mid-air in a silk hammock, you will develop flexibility, strength and balance, while performing acrobatic sequences that lead to the complete control of your body. This intense workout is designed to decrease the tension in the spine and stimulate the lymphatic system with excellent detox benefits. (Antigravity ®)
CONTORTION: Focus on very intense and deep stretching to improve flexibility, using a mix of techniques from dance, gymnastics, yoga and pilates. Gradually overcome limitations in terms of flexibility for an overall sense of wellbeing. This intense workout allows you to stretch and strengthen your muscles to increase flexibility while also improving concentration.
TRX: Developed as a workout for the U.S. Navy, TRX has become a tool for fitness that allows you to use your own body weight and gravity as a real "load", with consequent benefits for the body. Always working in "destabilization" or out of balance, you will get great results in terms of increased strength, weight loss and muscle definition. This intense hour of cardio focuses on slimming, toning, endurance and muscle definition.
AERIAL SILKS: Work on your strength using silk fabrics as your "pole"! This class starts with a powerful warm-up and conditioning exercises that will help you feel comfortable in the air. You will work on basic skills and learn how to create "locks" around your body with the fabric, getting the skills to master tricks, inversions and drops!

Pole Dance: Learn the techniques of pole dance acquiring coordination and fluidity with a short and fun choreography.
Pole Gym: It's the ideal class to focus on technique. No choreography: working on sequences of excercises that will push you beyond your limits even before starting the tricks on the pole.
Pole Conditioning: Prepare your muscles for an hour of intense workout! Climb up to the top of the pole and learn to control your movements, hold your positions and do inversions while toning the whole body.
Flexy: Aren't you flexible enough? This lesson focuses on stretching techniques specific to pole dance.
Pole Ballet: Learn the secrets of the ballet dancers in this class that uses the pole like a bar in the vertical direction. Conquest clean lines, correct posture and pointed toes.
Exotic Dance: To learn how to move in a "slow and sexy" way and become more confident this class is a must! A mix of floor work, choreography and other fun techniques to learn to dance sensually around the pole.
