Is there an age or weight limit? Classes are designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels. Our students range from 20 to 60 years of age. Anyone can pole!
What is the size of each class? Class size will not exceed 15 students and everyone has her own pole.
What should I wear? Shorts, t-shirt and high heels! Shorts should be above the knee because you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No hand/wrist jewelry. To avoid making the pole slippery, do not apply any cream on your body the day of the class.
Are there levels? There are four distinct levels: Basic, 1, 2 and 3. Open classes are mixed levels. We recommend starting with some basic pole classes followed by Pole Dance level 1. As soon as you feel more confident, you can join pole gym!
How can I book my lesson? Click on the Booking page and you will find all the information you need to book your first class by registering on Mindbody online and selecting ‘’first time on the pole’’ to get a promo price for your first lesson!
Do I always have to come the same day? You can pole any day you want. You can book your classes online when it is convenient for you! Please consult our schedule for available classes.
