If you are new, register for your first Intro to Pole class.  Our team will accompany you through your learning and indicate when you are ready to level up. 

For those with prior experience, please don't hesitate to email us. We will be able to guide you towards the most suited level.

Create your profile on the Milan Pole Dance Studio iPhone or Android mobile application. The schedule is always available and up to date on the mobile app.

Schedule notifications are sent via email: make sure to select the option to receive email notifications. Otherwise you risk missing out on important information.

The mobile app is your best tool.

Our classes are open to registration two weeks in advance. If there is a waitlist, add your name and monitor your progress via the application.

You have 24 hours before class to cancel your reservation without penalty.

If you need to cancel after 24 hours for medical purposes or other emergencies, do not hesitate to email us.

We are located in the city centre more exactly in Gasperich on 219 route d’esch. From Gare or Hamilius there are several Buses a day which usually take 10-15min to reach.

You can also come by car however parking is very limited. You can usually find parking spots on the residential streets behind the route d’esch (Rue Henri Pensis, etc).

We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class.

Your safety is important to us: if you are late to class and miss the warm-up, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student. You risk not being allowed to join the class and not be refunded. A proper warm-up is crucial to staying safe and injury-free.

Please remove your jewelry, in particular rings, as it can damage our equipment.

Wear a pair of shorts and a tank top - skin contact is much needed on the pole so make sure you have your legs, thigh and arms uncovered to grip on the pole! Avoid hand and body lotion on the day of class as this will cause you to slide.

Hammock, Hoop, Aerial Yoga: fitted clothing, long enough to cover armpits and back of the knees. Nothing with zippers or buttons.

Strength & Flex, Aerial Yoga: bring your own yoga mat.
