Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 60-minute sessions of dance or training with group warm-ups and cool downs. Pole Dance classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout incorporating dance routines and acrobatics. Pole Gym classes focus on technical movements and offer the added advantages of strength training. Instructors follow a weekly schedule incorporating turns, lifts, tricks and combinations to gain strength, flexibility and self-assurance. Beginners should start with Pole Basic and once you acquire strength, basic technic and self-assurance, you will be invited to move to the next level. Flexibility classes are open to all levels.

A new training experience inspired by circus arts perfect for anyone looking for a fun and effective workout. Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 60-minute sessions of dance or training with group warm-ups and cool downs. Sessions deliver a great cardiovascular workout incorporating dance routines with muscular endurance and acrobatic techniques.


A series of courses inspired by the circus arts suitable for everyone. From the aerial disciplines to stretching deep, it's intense and fun modules that allow you to burn a lot of calories challenging themselves and the force of gravity!

Pole Summer Camp

Milan Pole Dance Studio's Summer Pole Camp 2015 sixth edition!

Imagine waking up and starting the day with a stretch class on the beach for a bit of fun in the sun and sand, then onto some training in workshops hosted by the world’s best pole dancers!

Up to 3 weeks of pole, fun, training, friends, pole beach side cocktails and sunny days... did I mention there is pole dancing?

For all levels, beginners to pros, you’re sure to have a blast learning new moves, hanging out with new friends…all while enjoying a fabulous Caribbean holiday!

Is there an age or weight limit to practice aerial disciplines?

 Classes are designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels. Our students range from 20 to 60 years of age.

Do I always have to come the same day?

 You can train any day you want. You can book your classes online when it is convenient for you! Please consult our schedule for available classes and download our app.

What should I wear?

 Shorts and t-shirt or tank top! Shorts should be above the knee because you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No hand or wrist jewelry. To avoid making the pole slippery, do not apply any cream on your body the day of the class.

Are there levels?

 There are four distinct levels: Basic, 1, 2, 3 and 4. We recommend starting with some Pole Basic classes or any aerial workouts you wish to try! Flexibility classes are open to all levels and the perfect compliment to your aerial and pole training.

How can I book my first class?

 Download the MPDS app and follow the instructions or click on the Schedule page, select the studio you wish to train and book your first class by registering on Mindbody online.
