Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 60-minute sessions ofdance or training with orientated warm-ups and cool downs. Pole Dance classes offer a great cardiovascular benefit incorporating danceroutines and acrobatics. Pole Gym classes focus on technical movements and offer the added advantages of strength training. Instructors follow a weekly schedule incorporating turns, lifts, tricks andcombinations to gain strength, flexibility and self-assurance. The starting level for pole is Basic: once you acquire strength and selfassuranceyou will be invited to move toward the next level.

Classes are designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels. Our students range from 20 to 60 years of age.
You can train any day you want. You can book your classes online when it is convenient for you! Please consult our schedule for available classes.
Shorts and t-shirt! Shorts should be above the knee because you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No hand or wrist jewelry. To avoid making the pole slippery, do not apply any cream on yourbody the day of the class.
There are four distinct levels: Basic, 1, 2 and 3. We recommend starting with some basic pole classes or any aerial workouts you wish to try!
