Classes are designed to suit all levels and consist of 60-minute sessions of dance or training with group warm-ups and cool downs. Pole Dance classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout incorporating dance routines and acrobatics. Pole Gym classes focus on technical movements and offer the added advantages of strength training. Instructors follow a weekly schedule incorporating turns, lifts, tricks and combinations to gain strength, flexibility and self-assurance. Beginners should start with Pole Basic and once you acquire strength, basic technic and self-assurance, you will be invited to move to the next level. Flexibility classes are open to all levels.

Classes are designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels. Our students range from 20 to 60 years of age.
You can train any day you want. You can book your classes online when it is convenient for you! Please consult our schedule for available classes and download our app.
Shorts and t-shirt or tank top! Shorts should be above the knee because you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No hand or wrist jewelry. To avoid making the pole slippery, do not apply any cream on your body the day of the class.
There are four distinct levels: Basic, 1, 2, 3 and 4. We recommend starting with some Pole Basic classes or any aerial workouts you wish to try! Flexibility classes are open to all levels and the perfect compliment to your aerial and pole training.
