Milan Pole Dance Studio — Singapore is the of the most established pole and aerial brand in Singapore, operating since 2014 with two locations in Maxwell and Tanjong Pagar.
We provide a safe and feel-good environment for all, with classes catered to all levels including complete beginners.
Our best-in-class, fun-loving instructors bring extensive international performance and competition experience, along with a genuine passion for sharing their art. They are dedicated to creating exceptional, engaging and inspiring class experiences for every student.
POLE
Pole Dance combines the grace, artistry and athleticism of dance and acrobatics. Learn the fundamentals of pole technique and strength training, then develop your fluidity, musicality and movement through our diverse styles, including Heels, Lyrical and Contemporary Pole.
AERIAL
As one of the most established studios for Aerial Hammock in Singapore, we also offer Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks. Students learn to move, suspend and invert safely in the air, developing strength, flexibility and body awareness. Our classes focus on flow, dynamic movement and acrobatic sequences, with a strong emphasis on technique and safety.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Whether you’re looking to touch your toes, deepen your flexibility or work towards your splits, our Flexy and Aerial Yoga classes will help you progress towards your goals. Our Conditioning classes complement your practice by building strength in your shoulders, arms, core and legs, helping you move with greater control and confidence.
