If you are new, register for your first Basic-level class: pole, hammock, hoop or aerial yoga.  Our team will accompany you through your learning and indicate when you are ready to level up. 

For those with prior experience, please don't hesitate to email us. We will be able to guide you towards the most suited level.

Create your profile on the Milan Pole Dance Studio iPhone or Android mobile application. The schedule is always available and up to date on the mobile app.

Schedule notifications are sent via email: make sure to select the option to receive email notifications. Otherwise you risk missing out on important information.

The mobile app is your best tool.

Our classes are open to registration two weeks in advance. If there is a waitlist, add your name and monitor your progress via the application.

You have 8 hours before class to cancel your reservation without penalty.

Once a class is full, students are welcome to add their names to the waitlist. You can track your position on the waitlist on the app directly. Monitor your email notifications to be notified once a spot frees up.

You can be added up to 2 hours prior to the start of class; make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

We strongly recommend using public transportation: we are less than 5 minutes away from the Place d’Armes metro station.

Be aware that parking in Old Montreal is a year-long struggle! There are a few indoor parkings near the studio if you can’t find parking in the street. 

Our attendance policy still applies to late students, despite transportation issues.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled class.

Your safety is important to us: if you are late to class and miss the warm-up, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student. You risk not being allowed to join the class and not be refunded. A proper warm-up is crucial to staying safe and injury-free.

Please remove your jewelry, in particular rings, as it can damage our equipment.

Pole: a pair of shorts and a tank top - skin contact is much needed on the pole! Avoid hand and body lotion on the day of class. 

Hammock, Hoop, Aerial Yoga: fitted clothing, long enough to cover armpits and back of the knees. Nothing with zippers or buttons.

Strength & Flex, Aerial Yoga: bring your own yoga mat.
