If you are new, register for your first Intro to Pole class. Our team will support you throughout your learning journey and let you know when you're ready to level up.

If you already have prior experience, please don't hesitate to email us. We will be happy to guide you toward the level that suits you best.

Create your profile on the Milan Pole Dance Studio iPhone or Android mobile application. The schedule is always available and up to date on the mobile app.

Schedule change notifications are sent via email: make sure to keep the option to receive email communications selected, or you risk missing important information.

The mobile app is your best tool.

Our classes open for registration two weeks in advance. If there is a waitlist, feel free to add your name, then track your progress via the app.

You have up to 24 hours before class starts to cancel your reservation without penalty. If you need to cancel after that window due to a medical issue or other emergency, please don't hesitate to email us.

We are located in the city centre, more specifically in Gasperich, at 219 Route d'Esch. From Gare or Hamilius, several buses run daily and usually take 10-15 minutes to reach us.  

You can also come by car, though parking is limited. You will usually find spots on the residential streets behind Route d'Esch (Rue Henri Pensis, etc.).

We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class.

Your safety is important to us: if you arrive late and miss the warm-up, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student. You risk not being allowed to join the class and not being refunded. A proper warm-up is essential to staying safe and avoiding injury.

Please remove your jewelry, particularly rings, to avoid damaging our equipment.

Wear shorts and a tank top — skin contact is essential on the pole, so make sure your legs, thighs, and arms are uncovered for a good grip. Avoid hand and body lotion on the day of class, as it can cause you to slip.
